A Full Week

We're definitely staying busy these days... despite the heat! Matthias has been enjoying water a lot lately whether it is in his kiddie pool at home or the outdoor pool in town -- and today even a lot of swimming in a lake! I'm so glad he enjoys playing around in the water. It is the only way to deal with the 90 plus days we've been having. (I am SO not looking forward to going back to St. Louis heat.. .yuck!)

We were able to take in Como Zoo with Aunt Jess, cousins and Grandma and Grandpa! The sea lions were a big hit!

Oh yeah, one more water source... the fountains in Peace Plaza. He is finally brave enough to touch them without mom and dad hold him. 

Monkey Boy! Daddy got Matthias hooked on "climbing" trees.

A trip back to Cambridge for the 4th of July today! Here we are standing outside of the old Hinz Shoes building... a lot of fond memories for me :)

And swimming at Jaegers -- his first official 4th of July picnic! Great fun... but hot and exhausting.
