Better late than never, right? Here's a little recap of our Christmas fun! We did our family Christmas the morning of Christmas Eve. Matthias and Nora both figured out the present thing pretty quickly and it was a little hard to control the chaos, but it was still so fun to see their excitement!
We went to church Christmas Eve and Elden had a Christmas Day service as well. Then we loaded up the car and drove to MN making it there in time for supper! We spent three days with my parents and most of that was with Josh, Jess, the girls and Torsten! It was so much fun to see the cousins interact and actually play now!
Trying to get a shot of the cousins proved a bit interesting. I like this one... a bit horror film with the weird lighting and looks on Nora's and Maggie's faces. It makes me laugh.
It got a little better with gma and gpa Hinz, but Nora was still not having it. Or Matthias for that matter. You don't even want to see the attempts at just our family. Luckily we know they were happy for most of Christmas even if we don't have the pictures to prove it :)
Maggie and Matthias had the typical 2-3 year old interactions... loved playing together and hated sharing toys. But clementines, now that is something they could agree on.
Nora and Torsten had great fun crawling around together!
One of the highlights was Grandma and Grandpa Hinz taking the older cousins to a play about Frog and Toad. What a fun tradition!
